SHIPPING & RETURNS
Deliveries within Australia are sent via Australia Post. For international orders, Air Mail is used.
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping within Australia ($20 for ceramics) and a flat rate of $15.00 for international deliveries.
Items posted within Australia can be expected within 7-14 business days. International orders 14-21 business days.
Specialty shipping can be arranged if required – please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Additional charges may apply.
Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please advise us if you require insurance and we will arrange it for you. Extra costs will be incurred.
For international orders, Monk House Design cannot anticipate and will not be responsible for taxes applied by overseas customs houses. All taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. The products must be returned via Australia Post, international returns via Air Mail. We suggest your returns be registered so they can be tracked. Freight costs are at the expense of the customer.
Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and the item is to be returned in its original packaging. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition. Store receipts must be included.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging – we cannot accept any returns unless all original tags are intact.
Monk House Design does not issue cash refunds. Online credit will be issued against the returned item if appropriate. Online credit can only be redeemed at our online store.
