Monk House Design offers a premium domestic shipping option using Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service, Sendle.
A flat rate of $5 applies to Premium Delivery - items can be expected within 2-5 business days. A delivery tracking & notification system will be attached to your online order, this will be sent to either your email or mobile phone once dispatched.
If you are within a metropolitan area, your order will be received within an express window timeline. In the event that there is a delay with your order, you will be notified by email. Please note, parcels are sent 'Authority to Leave' unless requested as Signature on Delivery.
Sendle cannot deliver to PO box numbers.
Please provide a daytime delivery address as your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
Monk House Design offers a premium International shipping.
A flat rate of $15 applies to International Orders - items can be expected within 7-14 business days.
Customers shopping from New Zealand - Premium Delivery can be expected within 3-5 business days from collection.
To ensure the utmost care with special and fragile items, a $20 flat rate applies to Ceramic’s which accommodates the appropriate packaging and handling.
The purchase of Ceramics items can only be shipped within Australia & NZ at the present.

Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please advise us if you require insurance and we will arrange it for you. Extra costs will be incurred.
All care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however, Monk House Design takes no responsibility for delays in postage out of our control, if insufficient delivery information is provided or if an item is lost in transit or stolen on the delivery premises.
For international orders, Monk House Design cannot anticipate and will not be responsible for taxes applied by overseas customs houses. All taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
